Permitting Consultation including SMA permitting and use permits - We have developed a comprehensive knowledge of the challenging process of permitting on Kauai. Our services include submittals to the planning department, community associations as required, public hearing notification, affidavits and representation before planning commission. We have an excellent relationship with the county of Kauai planning department as well as many of the states most qualified consultants, from forestry to political.

Project Scheduling – We utilize an advanced web based scheduling system that allows us to keep our clients updated on a continual basis. This allows our clients to obtain up to date information on schedule alterations from anywhere on earth.

Project costing - We have developed a cost spreadsheet that is accurate and easy to read and understand. We are constantly upgrading and improving on all of our software to reflect the growth of the industry and the particular needs of our clients

Construction – In tandem with our various project supervisors Rohn Boyd personally oversees all aspects of each project. This allows his years experience and knowledge to guide each and every project to successful completion.
